RICHMOND, Ind.  There was no doubt Friday the Wayne County Drug Task Force had visited a South B Street residence. Task force officers left their calling card. Two signs, one in a window and one on the door, announced they had closed another drug house. Travis Charles Reed, 40, was arrested inside the west half of a duplex in the 1100 block of South B Street, according to a news release. He had been the target of a task force investigation into the distribution of methamphetamine. The task force had executed controlled buys of methamphetamine from Reed, and that enabled officers to receive an arrest warrant for Reed on two Level 3 felony charges of dealing methamphetamine. SWAT team members executed the warrant Friday at Reed s residence, which is just a couple of blocks from Vaile Elementary School and a little more than a block from Tenth Street Park.
