fox news channel] captioned by the national captioning institute www.ncicap.org jane: good morning. a massive rainstorm right now is slamming the eastern seaboard. take a look at hampton, virginia. these heavy rains are from tropical storm idem as it moved along the coast. the governor has declared emergency, and people are being warned to stay inside. the wind and weather is being felt all the way up to england. janice is up in new york city. yes, and unfortunately this is worse than a tropical storm or hurricane because it is just going to sit there offshore. the wind bringing all of this moisture from the atlantic, and we could see areas like virginia beach underwater tomorrow. i expect evacuation orders in parts of virginia and north carolina, certainly the outer banks region, as the water continues to move in. we will see water rise as perhaps up to 8 feet, and a lot of this area is at sea level. we will see photographs tomorrow of places under water. this storm is m
