Ann Horan, who represents primary school teachers in Limerick and Kerry says negotiations on the reopening of schools were carried out with the understanding that teachers would be prioritised in the vaccination rollout programme.
But this week the government announced that the programme will instead prioritise people based on age and medical vulnerability.
Speaking on Live95 s Limerick Today, Ann Horan said teachers are shocked, angry and worried.
