A car showroom is facing enforcement action after an outside area was gravelled and used to display vehicles without planning permission.
The former Frankie and Benny’s restaurant at The Hough Retail Park, in Stafford, was converted into a prestige car showroom after Stafford Borough Council granted planning consent in 2018. It included having an outside vehicle display and parking area to the west.
But a planning officer later found an area to the east of the building that was to be landscaped as part of the permitted development had been gravelled.
