Federgon, together with the Belgian federal Social Affairs Minister Frank Vandenbroucke announced a partnership to help the long-term sick return to work.
Bettina Schaller from The Adecco Group has been re-elected for another three-year term as the President of the World Employment Confederation. Charles Cameron from RCSA also secured a second mandate as Vice-President. WEC’s leadership trio is however slightly reshuffled with Bart van Kempen from Manpower Group, taking the second Vice-President seat.
Staffing executive Bettina Schaller was re-elected as president of the World Employment Confederation, the organisation representing the staffing industry on the global level. Schaller was voted in during the WEC members’ General Assembly on 14 September.
Federgon, the Belgium federation of HR service providers and temporary employment agencies, recently worked with the nation’s trade unions to create a draft sector agreement for temporary workers, treading the delicate line between client costs and improving working conditions.
