168殡仪业者罗国材周二下午在武拉必火化场，为高渊同一家庭的两名冠病死者，即71岁的母亲和45岁的儿子，进行头七、拾金、入阁仪式后，如是指出。母亲的骨灰安奉在武拉必怀恩阁，儿子的骨灰则安置在大山脚德教会赞化阁。
罗国材说，这是他从事殡葬业数十年来，不曾看过的场面，也觉得震撼难过，而且部分家属沉溺在悲痛之中，却又无能为力为往生者办理身后事，同时也面临领尸手续繁杂的困扰。
他指出，在这样艰巨的环境下，从事殡葬业的业者必须挺身而出，发挥企业责任，让死者安详、让亲属安心。
罗国材亲自督导骨灰塔管理员，如何把往生者的骨灰瓮放好。
有鉴于此，罗国材说，他会免费协助贫困家属处理身后事，从医院领尸手续、领取死亡证书、领取下葬证书、遗体接送、棺木、骨灰盅、金银纸、祭拜品、寿衣、封棺大验�
