FEBRUARY 14 Meet Ann Banaszewski. The 45-year-old daughter of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was arrested Monday night on drunk driving and child endangerment raps. The Illinois resident, one of the jurist s nine children, was pulled over by Wheaton Police Department officers after driving away from a McDonald s. Cops had been responding to a report of a possible intoxicated motorist at the fast food restaurant, according to a news release. Banaszewski, who had three children in her vehicle, was nabbed after officers found probable cause that she was driving while impaired. Banaszewski was booked for DUI and endangering the life of a child.
