The results of last night's midterm elections results weren't complete until about 10am Wednesday morning. At that point, the writing was on the wall, and it was pretty clear Ann Arbor's Community Climate Action ballot proposal was going to pass. Ann Arbor Mayor Christopher Taylor, who has won re-election himself, joined WEMU's David Fair to discuss what happens next on "Issues of the Environment."

There is a three-way race for Ann Arbor Mayor. but only two names will appear on the ballot. Incumbent Democrat, Christopher Taylor, is seeking a third term in office. The other name that appears on the ballot is Eric Lipson. Lipson is a self-proclaimed Democrat but is running as an Independent. A very late entry into the race is independent write-in candidate Dylan Manna. He’s a researcher and physics scholar at the University of Michigan, who recently moved back to the city. Incumbent Ann Arbor Mayor, Christopher Taylor, won his Democratic primary race with former City Council member Anne Bannister. Taylor took nearly 62% of the vote. He joined WEMU's David Fair to discuss plans moving forward.
