A steering committee was appointed by Delphi Mayor Anita Werling last year to develop a new Comprehensive Land Use Plan for properties located in the corporate boundaries of Delphi. A comprehensive plan is a formal and detailed strategy to determine where and what kind of building should be allowed in different areas of the city.
