Twoman race between donald trump and me. And i think that presents a good choice to the american people. This process is a job interview. At a rally today, cruz aimed jabs not at his gop rivals but his democratic ones. We cant forget about Bernie Sanders. So now the democratic field consists of a wild with ideas that are dangerous for america and the world and Bernie Sanders. Our senior washington correspondent is that gentleman there. Jeff zeleny, he joins me now. Jeff, was it because he got 18 Million People to watch him at our debate . Whats behind this . His debate performance . I think thats a big part of it. A big audience was tuning in for what was largely a good night for ted cruz. But really whats behind these numbers is hes consolidating a lot of conservative support. you, should i be. the one looking into what occurred. in terms of the process, the final point is any grand jury, the prosecutor is the judge, jury and executioner. you run everything in the grand jury. maybe we need to look at how that process is dealt with. i heard the attorney speak. he doesn t like the prosecutor being the judge in this. but will the family be allow ed to get all the evidence in this case? and if so, when. in terms of the grand jury, that s a secret proceeding. by law that will be sealed. we have to remember that there s a civil prooding here. they are entitled to discovery. that discovery will let them know exactly what happened. what were the police reports, what was the audio? they will get everything but i think that process will play out civilly, not criminally in light of what this grand jury did. that s part of the segue to my next question. this part of the case was about the officials and employees at
