After serving as president of the Rocky River Community Garden for the past nine years, Teresa Kowalski passed the shovel to fellow gardener David Gilronan. Both Kowalski and Gilronan are Master Gardener volunteers and completed The Ohio State University Extension Master Gardener Program. (Rocky River Community Garden)

ROCKY RIVER, Ohio – Rocky River Community Garden achieved a milestone of 10-plus years of growth and service in the city.
Established in 2009, the garden evolved after Mayor Pam Bobst hosted a public meeting to assess interest in developing a community garden behind the Rocky River Senior Center.
