Indeed, holiday revelers today may be rejoicing that restaurants are among the businesses allowed to reopen when Orange County, as expected, reached the red, less restrictive tier of pandemic closures over the weekend.
As might be expected, some restrictions remain in place. For example, the Daily Pilot staff writers report restaurants are allowed to reopen indoor dining at 25% capacity or 100 people, whichever number is smaller.
