12 days of A Christmas Carol continues with Bernard Brogan

The Lord Mayor of Dublin Hazel Chu would like to remind people that ’12 days of A Christmas Carol’ is continuing at the Mansion House, with Dublin GAA legend Bernard Brogan set to read this evening’s latest chapter.  Each evening a well-known face reads a chapter online from the Dickens story about Ebenezer Scrooge.  Denise Chaila read last night’s chapter, bringing the story up to the halfway point.  “Covid has forced us to do things a little differently at the Mansion House this year,” said Lord Mayor Chu. “But I must say I am really enjoying ‘A Christmas Carol’ and I’m looking forward to seeing what Bernard brings to the reading tonight. And there ll be a surprise guest or two along the way.”
