program has gone to a dog program. the animal behavior college in 2011, $2.7 million came from the federal government. for people there to earn certificates, licenses and associate s degrees. here s the interesting thing. you have a democratic senator from iowa, tom harkin, who says this the program is a terrific proposal designed to help meet president obama s goal of america once again having the highest proportion of college educated citizens in the world by 2020 but taxpayer funded dog walking classes do not help meet that goal. so maybe there should be a little bit more oversight. i mean, how many more stories like this do we have to do before we realize that one way to cut all the spending in this country is to actually get rid of the fraud that s going on. oversight is good. but so is a program like this. also happens to be good. i m in favor i m in favor of these programs. but the money is supposed to go to military spouses and so supposed to get education to go t
