Representative image RAJKOT: An employee of Jamnagar Municipal Corporation ended his life after he killed his own elder sister at their home in Rameshwarnagar area on January 26. A murder case was registered at Jamnagar City B Division police station on Friday. According to police, 52-year-old Anil Jethwa strangulated his sister Harshida (67) when nobody was present at home in the afternoon of January 26 and fled away. The killing came to light when the third sibling, Jitendra, returned home from work in the evening. While searching, he found Anil’s body was found behind the RTO office near Lakhota pond the next day. Post-mortem revealed that Harshida died due to strangulation while Anil died by consuming poison.
