Mere issuing of circulars and orders by the government for the use of Kannada language in administration will be futile if the contents of these documents are not implemented in letter and spirit. Use of Kannada as an official language in day-to-day administration will not be a difficult task if the government and the people mind. Several states have made their regional language compulsory in administration without hassles.
