The South African Police Service (SAPS) has again come under the spotlight in Eldorado Park, south of Johannesburg, for allegedly failing to respond to distress calls. Residents heard screams at a house where, several hours later, two men were found tortured and brutally murdered.
Vusi Mathebula, 26, and 27-year-old Franklin Willett, known as “Worsie”, were reported missing earlier in the week.
Following the gruesome discovery of a double murder scene a woman leaves the site in tears, claiming that her son is one of the victims. Police are searching for a Eldorado Park man who was allegedly kidnapped from an alleged drug den in the area. The house was also the scene of a double murder yesterday.
