A local nonprofit, a small business and three non-traditional college students were the recipients of charitable donations totaling nearly $4,350 that were doled out during the 2024 M.A.Y.O.R. s (Making Achievements Yielding Outstanding Results) Ball.
The fall edition of the El Dorado Insider is available to the public and the edition is sure to appeal to food enthusiasts and art and entertainment lovers who will be able to discover "a treasure trove of insights into the artistic endeavors, local talents and delicious cuisine" that can be found throughout the city.
The dress was formal and the mood celebratory during the NAACP Branch 6034 Image Awards, held in the parish hall of St. Mary s Episcopal Church Saturday night.
