STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. For the second year, Minthorne Street will be closed on weekends to allow its row of restaurants to feature outdoor dining.
But this year, as coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions are loosened, there will be live entertainment and events planned for the popular gathering spot.
