This happened near 27th and ruby shortly before 10 30 pm after the suspect fired the shots, an officer returned fire. No one was hit. No officers were injured the suspect took off running. And after a brief foot chase a 23 year old man from milwaukee was arrested a spokesperson for the Police Department says the suspect has an arrest record with them. His name has not been released.
