Kota Kinabalu: GRS Youth Information Chief Steve Johnny Mositun has lodged a police report against a Facebook user named Angelina Peace for supposedly using Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor’s face in memes and on social media platforms to insult the leader.
