It was a military academy where city kids learned order, discipline and respect. How was frank with the kids . Frank was awesome with the kids. Reporter chad holloway was franks supervisor and friend. I never met a person that was better around the kids. If they were acting out, he would kind of like get say things to get them to do the right thing. Plus, he kind of used me as a bad guy. Reporter Good Cop Bad Cop . Exactly.
