My particular focus tonight is on the fact that i went to First College at Virginia University in richmond, from which i received a history degree of honors and then i did my masters and phd at the university of virginia in charlottesville. I worked briefly in the Mayors Office as an assistant to mayor wilson good and i was elected to the state legislature where i still serve and im currently the minority, or or democratic chair of the house education committee.
