PALMETTO, FL The former worldwide operations headquarters for Feld Entertainment/Ringling Brothers headquarters has been purchased by 84 Lumber, a building materials chain retailer, for $4.175 million in a cash deal.
The industrial property located at 1315 17th Street E in Palmetto was built to suit for the entertainment company, broker Angelia D. Young said in an email. The company used the space for more than a decade.
Sitting on 10 acres, the complex contains upscale corporate offices, as well as three large warehouses totaling nearly 80,000 square feet, Young said.
