A southern California group calling themselves Lasagna Love is baking up batches of Lasagna for strangers in need.
Since the begining of the Pandemic the group has spread all over the country and now has over 3,000 volunteers.
Those volunteers drop off home-cooked meals at the doors of families in need.
Angela Rosenblatt is one the volunteers she cooks 20 lasagnas a week for families in her community. She says she thinks it inspires hope, that there s someone out there who cares. I think it s a very different message that we send when we put our heart, we put our soul, we put our time into providing a home-cooked meal for someone, said Rosenblatt.
