An effort to reverse Colorado’s abortion rights protections this November will not be on the ballot. The Colorado Life Initiative announced Thursday that it had fallen short of the 124,238 signatures required to qualify the “Protections of Children” Initiative for the ballot. “One thousand one hundred and forty-five volunteers gathered tens of thousands of signatures to get the ‘Protections of Children’ initiative onto the ballot,” the announcement states.
