Friends and famil of 40 Richard Jacquez gathered near the place where he was shot and killed by police on monday night. They characterized him as a loving friend and Family Member but police say that jacquez was a cold blooded killer and released this video to kron four to prove it. Police say he and two other men were armed with what police are calling a tech nine style handgunspointing them at a man in a white t shirt. Later identified as christopher wrenwren was found dead in the Office Building where this video was recorded. Police say jacquez was wanted for wrens murder. Officers shot and killed another suspect in wrens muder on sunday. A felony warrant was issued and police were tracking jacquez when it came to light that he planned on killing the woman who was in his car on monday night. The beach sunning and the next minute a truck is on top of you. Reporter now, this is the jet ski sitting by the railroad tracks. One witness told us the driver of the truck first went to a nearby boat launch before this accident, but didnt want to pay the 10 fee to launch his jet ski there so he came over here and tried to put it in here. Back live now at the scene, it appears he left his truck sitting right where that jet ski is parked for obviously a bit too long. Chp officer who was here on scene when we got here said that both victims were talking when they were taken away. Another amtrak train went through here at a pretty high rate of speed. Freak accident is exactly the right term. Just an incredible series of events involving a train, a car, a jet ski and a woman on an inflatable raft.
