A Wesley Chapel licensed therapist wants to help Black women who are expecting a baby or new moms rebound with their mental health amid the pandemic.
Dr. Angel Montfort is a mother of four who specifically takes clients who need help navigating their mental health as moms. She teamed up with virtual maternal health company, Pebble to host free monthly support groups. They re scheduled for the third Thursday of every month. The virtual get together in December is the second meeting.
