reality. which is similar to what we have heard from other people who have been held in similar circumstances even for a short time, people adapt to their situation, accept this as the reality they re facing. what else have you learned about how the women were held in there? what did they did they all live together? well, anderson, we have learned they actually were kept apart for most of the time. that they were kept in separate rooms. that but that they did interact and that they, quote, relied on each other for survival. that s coming from a law enforcement source. that these women, even though they were kept apart a lot, they still helped support each other, and that they were really in survival mode. were they ever outside? all we know is that according to officials earlier today, they said there is no indication they were outside but they had actually that castro put them in the garage on a couple of occasions in disguise, and according to sources, that is likely be
amanda berry was making the 911 call and he said it was obvious to him this little girl had not been around a lot of people, that she had probably not even been around a lot of traffic, a lot of commotion. so she was very scared. he also said to me that the little girl ran out of the house in what he called a diaper. only wearing a diaper and a very dirty shirt. does this contradict what charles ramsey said? ramsey did say to me he saw this man running across the street and that s what got his attention. do their stories jive? they do not at all, anderson. i have to tell you that angel cordaro as well as tejeda who owns the house across the street from ariel castro strongly dispute what charles ramsey is saying. they are saying he actually only showed up after amanda berry was already out of the house, after she was already making the 911 call, that he kind of peeked into the house when the commotion was going on. and tried to call the police himself. but that they told him, well,
created a situation where they never wanted to flee. but we have learned from sources, anderson, that monday was the first opportunity for anyone to escape, that amanda berry somehow knew he had left the home, and she had hit her breaking point. she took it as an opportunity to cry for help. but what s interesting to note here, the other two women didn t leave the home. they could have left but they chose to stay behind. when amanda berry as outside. when she ran outside the home, the other two women stayed behind, and indicating they weren t bound, but that they were afraid to leave, reflecting their state of mind, that they were fearful, especially in light of how he would test them before. and also and this is information coming from sources from law enforcement, yes. yes. and that essentially they these women had accepted this to be the reality. they had succumbed to this, they thought this was their life and had amanda berry not asked for help and not escaped, this c
