“Let’s keep in touch,” reads an inscription on a pink ceramic vessel by Cape Town–based sculptor Githan Coopoo that has been placed near the entrance to the Investec Cape Town Art Fair.
One of SA’s great influential artists, George Pemba, whose legacy continues to shine a light on the cultural impact visual arts have on society, will be honoured this week with a new exhibition of his original works hosted at the GFI Gallery in Park Drive.
