County Clerk Andy Grozelle Is Leaving Norfolk County

Norfolk County’s long time county clerk is leaving. After 7-years with Norfolk, Andy Grozelle is moving on. Grozelle is responsible for the Clerks and By-Law department that provides a wide range of services to Council, the public and County staff, including advising Council on legislative matters, recording Council minutes and decisions, ensuring the public has access to municipal records, and administering elections. Grozelle will be taking a larger leadership role elsewhere, but could not disclose the new location at this time. His last day with Norfolk County will be Feb. 26. Deputy Clerk Kevin Klingenberg will serve as clerk for upcoming meetings of Council.
