Winds will be blowing out of the west at 10 to 20 mph, so at times, itll feel more like its in the mid to upper20s. Clouds will gradually increase overnight, so by the time you head out the door tomorrow morning, well be under mostly cloudy skies with temperatures starting in the low20s. An area of low pressure will develop offshore tomorrow, so that will keep the clouds around and give some light snow during the early afternoon hours. Expect light snow through the afternoon into your evening commute. Most of the area will pick up a dusting to an inch. Tanya chapman was officially sworn in to start her new job as head of the citys first africanamerican woman to hold the position. 10 on your sides jason marks was there for chief chapmans ceremony.
