Lebanon County District Attorney Pier Hess Graf announced on July 18 that the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania had privately reprimanded her over her office's handling of an investigation into the fatal shooting of Richland resident Charity Thome by Pennsylvania State Police troopers.
A lawsuit over the fatal shooting of Charity Thome is moving forward, while it was revealed that one of the troopers involved was reassigned to a mental health counseling role within the state police.
