Marco s Pizza has added Build-Your-Own Pizza Bowls to the menu. The item, which follows the brand s debut of bowls last March, provides a crustless pizza baked in a bowl with Marco s original sauce recipe, three cheeses and a choice of up to four toppings for $7.99, a news release said.
The bowls were designed for customers who follow a higher-protein, lower-carb diet. It joins its crustless pizza siblings, including the Deluxe, All Meat and Garden Specialty pizza bowls.
