The couple led a push for a new law regulating high-voltage transmission lines, then watched as nobody did anything about this new safety requirement.
Will Brannon of Hallsville, Texas, died in 2017 when he was 17 in a sailing accident. His mast hit a sagging power line. He and two fellow Boy Scouts were electrocuted. Will s parents, Stan and Michelle. shown here with Will, led a fight to get a new law passed, and it did. But then they say the PUC ignored it.(Courtesy of Brannon family)
