Dentons has announced the addition of a new partner as well as the promotion of over a dozen staff across offices in Australia and Papua New Guinea.
The international law firm has bolstered its partner ranks and welcomed Andrew Shearwood, who joins as a corporate partner in Denton’s Perth office. Mr Shearwood has over 40 years of legal experience and specialises in corporate and commercial law.
Mr Shearwood will strengthen the firm’s client offering in Western Australia and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, funds management and financial services, equity capital markets and general corporate governance across industries including financial services, property development and management, agribusiness and resources.
