The Pitchin’ for Wishes Cornhole Tournament benefiting Make-A-Wish® Central & Western North Carolina returns to Freedom Park Nov. 5. Andrew Roby and Harris Teeter will co-host the event that has raised more than $2.2 million for local charities and set records as the largest cornhole tournament in the world. <br/><br/>The family-friendly tournament features a NCAA bracket-style cornhole competition, food, music and children’s play zone. <br/><br/>If you’re interested in playing cornhole, the registration fee for a two-person team is $70. The deadline to register a team is Friday, Oct. 28. If you prefer to watch, Pitchin’ for Wishes is free for spectators and offers activities for all ages.<br/>
