I. , to the judge, who had not revealed it to us. And the judge disz missed that as a grounds for dismissal. We made a motion for dismissal in the trial at that point. Said no that had not affected him as judge, that offer. And he said he had not disz cussed the trial at all or had not discussed the f. B. I. Directorship.
