go ahead. yeah, so number two, medical. medical gear. medical gear is one of the favorites for nongovernment organizations. they are pouring it into the country. it is not getting beyond lviv. the guys on the front line are not just simply we are visiting units short of medical equipment. simple first aid kits, trauma kits. as i mentioned, this case of commander in the kitchen behind me, losing guys in his casualty collection points is not unusual. it happens all the time. everything from the point of injury to getting guys into hospital. sadly, i the casualty rates among ukrainians are not publicized, but much higher than they should be. and for those of us involved in this war and reading all this ridiculous attention to what the u.s. is doing, it s heartbreaking to hear the real stories. colonel andrew millburn, thank you for sharing with us,
