3 offices become 4 for north-west Sydney team 16 April 2021
The team behind three Ray White offices in Sydney’s north-west has turned it into four, with the establishment of a new Pitt Town | Wisemans Ferry shopfront.
Adding to his roster of offices in Windsor, Richmond and North Richmond, director Peter Chidgey now helms the newly opened Ray White Pitt Town | Wisemans Ferry, located in Sydney’s north-west pocket along the Hawkesbury River.
According to Mr Chidgey, the move to their fourth location was a “natural progression for the team”, and a bid to expand their ability to service the “historic” location. Advertisement

In a bid to leverage on the continuous growth of the state’s regional markets, one of Australia’s largest networks has added a new regional general manager to its NSW ranks.
Building on a decade-long career in real estate, Mahan Shishineh has taken on the newly created position of regional GM for Ray White NSW, joining the team in early April.
In a statement from Ray White, Mr Shishineh said that he was attracted to the network because of its clear vision and mission as well as its understanding of the needs of regional areas.

Close Brothers Asset Finance funds new crushing and screening machinery
Close Brothers Asset Finance has provided Johnston Quarry Group with a Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS) backed facility for the purchase of specialist crushing and screening machinery for the firm’s new state-of-the-art limestone quarry in Lincolnshire.
Johnston Quarry Group - the largest suppliers of quarried and mined block stone in the south of England - own and operate multiple quarries across the UK, supplying over 60,000 tons of block stone annually to their customers.
The screener will process the aggregates and sand while the crusher crushes the material to the desired size, allowing for a range of customer specifications to be met.
