The former Chairman of the National Electoral Commission, Prof. Humphrey Nwosu, who conducted the June 12, 1993 presidential election, has identified former Senate President David Mark as one of those who scuttled the poll. Others identified include former Chief of Naval Staff, Murtala Nyako and General Aliyu Gusau, with the backing of former dictator Ibrahim Babangida and General Sani Abacha.
