Yesterday the track with all the models had it going directly up the eastern seaboard because it was being picked up by a trough from the west. But that trough is weaker now suppressing this storm. Hes launching his Transition Team in just a couple of minutes. Some of the big issues hell tackle aside from education include no state budget and a new Police Commissioner.
