NLRB Judge Says Ambulance Co. Can t Keep Info From Union
Law360 (March 12, 2021, 7:25 PM EST) A National Labor Relations Board judge found that an ambulance company ran afoul of federal labor law when it refused to turn over information that a union requested to investigate concerns about cut hours, finding the union had grounds for seeking the information.
