At the launch, Duggan acknowledged that the subdivision had a chequered past and hinted at his own trials – having bought the multi-unit site, one of five in the subdivision, in 2016. “In the words of the boxer Mike Tyson, ‘Everyone has a plan until you get punched in the mouth,’” he said.
