The sidewalks in the area have been removed for construction of the property, temporarily disabling pedestrian access on that stretch of 11th avenue, city planning director Vince Sandersfeld said.
The construction phase for the site s infrastructure, including new sidewalks, streets and underground utilities, is expected to be completed by September. Upon completion of the infrastructure phase, the subdivision is anticipated to take roughly 24 to 36 months to complete.
The lifestyle, luxury subdivision has not yet opened for sales, but anticipates to open spots within the next two months.
