The Cape May County Park & Zoo will close its World of Birds aviary, which it opened in 1998, and send many of the animals to other zoos. The exhibit is among the zoo's least visited and has become unsustainable to upkeep, officials said. It will close sometime this spring, but an exact closing date has not been set.
