EIT Health wins EIT Innovators Award for the fourth consecutive year
EIT Health has taken first place in the Innovators Award category of the EIT Awards for the fourth year in a row.
The 2020 EIT Awards took place online and saw 26 nominees from across the EIT community competing in four categories; The Change Award, The Innovators Award, The Venture Award and The Woman Award. The public also had its say with the EIT Public Award that saw over 5,000 votes cast online.
EIT Health’s nominee Andreu Martínez Climent, CEO of Corify Care, won first place in the Innovators Award, making it four years in a row that EIT Health has taken the top spot in this category.

Amsterdam, Netherlands, 11 December 2020 – Two EIT Climate-KIC supported innovators have won awards at its prestigious annual innovation prize, The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) announced on Wednesday.
Chaitanya Dhumasker, MonitorFish (Germany) and Cristina Aleixendri Muñoz, Bound4Blue (Spain) were awarded the EIT Change and EIT Woman awards, respectively. Chaitanya Dhumasker also came second in the EIT Public award, which saw over 5,000 votes being cast online.
Andreu Martínez Climent, ACORYS (Spain), Filippo Bosco, BluSense Diagnostics (Denmark), and Karthik Laxman Kunjali, Stockholm Water Technology (Sweden) were also awarded top prizes out of 26 finalists, for innovations in the fields of climate, health, manufacturing and innovative energy.
