NEW ORLEANS – Relatives of a former Entergy Corporation employee are suing the company for breach of fiduciary duties after the company paid out the benefits of his 401K retirement savings plan to his surviving spouse, despite his prior designation of the plaintiffs as the beneficiaries.

Elizabeth J. Guinn, 35, of 6 E. Baltic St., Norwich, was charged Sunday with interfering with an officer.
Andre J. Martinez, 41, of 39 Village Lane, No. 6, was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order, interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace.
Kevin J. Stamps, 33, of 152 Branford Ave., was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

Michael Foley, 24, of 14 Park St. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and driving too fast for road conditions.
