After posting a time of 1:37.93 in January, Arizona State freshman Ilya Kharun is on track to challenge the NCAA & U.S. Open records in the 200 butterfly.
Kharun became just the fourth swimmer in history to break 1:38 in the 200 fly last weekend, putting him within striking distance of Jack Conger's NCAA Record.
After he set the NCAA record at a January dual, all eyes will be on Leon Marchand in the 400 IM during Day 3 of finals at the 2023 Men's PAC-12 Champs.
