The nearly century-old Masonic lodge property in downtown Manchester is for sale for $500,000.
The Manchester Lodge, located at 25 East Center St., went on the market in June for $500,000, according to a listing from Scott Custer from Shea & Company Real Estate. The building, which was built in 1926 and has been the town’s Masonic hub for decades, features 20,000 square feet of space on 0.34 acres of land, according to the listing. The owners of the property, Ancient Free and Accepted Masons-associated Manchester Lodge #73, want to sell the property “as-is,” per the listing.
